Acceptance of terms and nature of the service
By accessing or using the Sentivalark website or research assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. Sentivalark Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Sentivalark is an AI research assistant designed to help private investors organise information, examine assumptions and think more clearly about market and company questions. It is not a regulated financial service, does not provide investment advice, and does not make recommendations about specific assets. Nothing produced by Sentivalark should be construed as a personal recommendation or as a substitute for advice from a qualified financial adviser.
Use of the service and acceptable conduct
You may use Sentivalark for your own personal investment research purposes. You may not use the service in any way that is unlawful, that infringes the rights of others, or that interferes with the operation of the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information you submit to the assistant, and you must not submit material that is confidential, proprietary or obtained in breach of any obligation.
Sentivalark reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service where these terms are breached or where we reasonably believe that continued access poses a risk to the platform or to other users. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Limitation of liability and intellectual property
Sentivalark is provided on an as-is basis. While we work to ensure the service is accurate, reliable and useful, we make no warranties about the completeness or fitness for purpose of the information it produces. Sentivalark Ltd shall not be liable for any investment decisions made in reliance on the service, nor for any financial loss arising from such decisions. All investment decisions are made at your own risk.
All intellectual property in the Sentivalark website and research assistant — including software, design, text and branding — is owned by or licensed to Sentivalark Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent. The Sentivalark name and brand are protected and may not be used without authorisation.
